Hey people,
hope we all are basking in the February spirit with valentine/elections drawing close?? Well,that's not the bone of contention now..we will be looking at 'secret room' today. Although this movie has been out for a while now you know me I like digging up rear gems.
People allow me to give a round of applause to the Director Eneaji Chris Eneng for a wonderful job,he paid incredible attention to details. I mean ageing the house to look abandoned, the well, the rain which was man-made, the storm that was created with light (that was incredibly Believable), the suspense in the plot and all. Like seriously,this film is away from the conventional genre of nollywood, well thought out and delivered. Kudos also to the major characters O.c ukeje, lilian esoro and Linda ejiofor. They were super..but something caught ma attention though, in d scene where 'Edna' found the candle and matches, there were only two sticks of candles. Then in d bedroom where she cleans his injury,there were more candles than she found, plus I noticed that Edna took that candle out in the rain and it didn't go off (what a miracle! LOL). Notwithstanding, it was an amazing movie..different from the lot I have seen.
SYNOPSIS
A young couple embark on a journey to uncover a property owned but hidden by the lady's late father,little did she know she was walking into a long staged trap.
